In-Office position at road safety company working in the Highway Safety Crash Cushion Division.  The candidate will review plans, quote projects, follow up on leads and provide technical support for proprietary products to contractors, engineers, and agencies. Potential to grow into outside technical support and sales. 

Daily Responsibilities 

• Prepare cost quotation letters and bid proposals.  Receive and process purchase orders and follow up on sales quotes and leads. 
• Customer support and service including preparation of shop drawing submittals and any required documents for contractor/agency approval.
• Liaison with contractor to coordinate release of materials/products from manufacturing and coordinate assemblage and deliveries with Plant Supervisor.
• Assist consulting firms with highway safety design as it relates to impact attenuators and other highway safety appurtenances.

Additional responsibilities include meeting with agencies and contractors as distributor representative and providing technical support for contractor installations. Presentations for compliance and attendance at trade shows and professional organizations as required.
